The MVP Band for Volleyball is portable and effective arm strengthening & resistence stretching device. It is available in the Pro Series - Double Band specification. Our Volleyball band is 2" longer than our standard band, so that it may be used to perform exercises with the band secured around the ankle. The door anchor for the Volleyball product is longer than our standard door anchor and may be used on volleyball net poles, allowing for performing MVP Program exercises at your favorite volleyball court.

Why Volleyball Players should choose the MVP Band

The design of the MVP Band forces the user to focus on building the muscles that comprise the rotator cuff while at the same time reinforcing proper arm angles and mechanics. Rotator cuff/shoulder injuries are widespread among volleyball players, and studies attribute the cause to both overuse and improper arm care (stretching and strengthening.
