Testing and Results

In a clinical study conducted by ASMI, the MVP Band Program proved to be an effective program to properly and successfully a prepare a player for their upcoming season. The program placed focus on building strength (w/the MVP Band), long toss and mechanical adjustments during each throw. The 21 exercises have been specifically designed to both strengthen the core muscles that comprise the rotator cuff, while at the same time reinforce proper arm angles needed in throwing.

Our 4-week clinical study proved:

- All test subjects felt a noticeable difference in their performance

- All subjects improved on strength

- All subjects substantially increased in velocity

- All subjects would definitely recommend the program to others

- Players increased speed and velocity from an average of 4-8 miles per hour in only 4 weeks. (Our Standard MVP Band program is 6-8 weeks)
